1. THE WORKOUT:

6 weeks training, 30mins 3x weekly, or 45mins 2x weekly. Choose from:
  • Resistance and cardio based circuit classes (fun, fast paced group training suitable for all fitness levels)
  • Boxing classes
  • Yoga classes
Please note - further courses for repeat Bene-Fitters are possible and can be tailored to changing needs or for a bit of variety!

2. THE ASSESSMENTS:

At the beginning and the end of each 6 week programme, we measure your:
  • Blood Pressure
  • BMI
  • Hip to Waist Ratio
  • 3 Minute Step Test
  • Push up Test
  • Sit up Test
  • Flexibility Tests

3. NUTRITION SEMINAR & 7 DAY FOOD PLAN:

Nutrition seminar covers:
  • Hydration
  • Balance of protein/carbs/fats
  • Meal timing
  • Portion Control
  • Effects of alcohol
  • Myth buster
We then conclude with a simple to follow 7 day food plan explained.

Location:

We can hold our classes and training sessions anywhere, so we can bring Bene-Fit to your place of work if there is a large enough space available.

Alternatively we can arrange the use of a space at the University of Auckland City Campus gym, where we are usually based.
