This 28 day online programme is designed for women of all ages and stages!
LWT is fun, educational and all online with personal guidance on messenger/Instagram each week to make sure you are hitting your targets. Our course intake is the 1st of each month but best allow a few days before we start to get set up and prepared.
This lifechanging journey is focused on the latest research around protein, fibre, sleep, fasting exercise and more. Whether you’re navigating a changing body, including the menopause transition, or just looking to feel more confident and in control, this programme is here to support you.
We provide food plans (omnivore, vege and vegan) for inspiration, but you can also use ‘food bags’ or just tweak current family meals to suit. Our optional workout videos (resistance training + HIIT for beginners, medium and advanced), compliment your current exercise sessions or you can use them to get started and learn the basics. We have Facebook live chats, Q & A sessions, and access to a private Facebook support group—filled with daily motivation, recipes, and realistic practical tips to help you make changes that fit your lifestyle.
Most of us already know what to do - it’s consistency that’s hard. That’s where accountability comes in. The standout feature of this programme is our habit-tracking system/app, monitored by our accountability coach, Kristy, who offers personal feedback to help you stay on track every step of the way.
